Returns & Refunds

At Zircio, we want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Return Process & Costs

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@zircio.com.

  • Return Shipping Fee: We do not offer free returns. A flat return shipping fee of €6.00 will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the return logistics.

  • Prepaid Labels: Once your return is requested, we will provide a prepaid return label (for Spain and Netherlands) to ensure a smooth process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved Refunds: The refund (minus the €6.00 return fee) will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Bundle Offers (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free): If you return part of a bundle, your refund will be calculated pro-rata based on the discounted price of each item in the original order.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We offer one free exchange per order. While the return of the original item is subject to the €6.00 fee, we will ship your new exchange item at no additional cost to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@zircio.com with a photo of the damage. In these cases, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs, at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still need assistance, reach out to us at contact@zircio.com.
