At Zircio, we want you to love your new jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered with a simple and generous return & refund policy.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Free Return Shipping
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer free return shipping on all domestic orders. Simply contact us at info@zircio.com to initiate your return, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@zircio.com.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? No problem! You can exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. We’ll cover the shipping costs for the exchange as well. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll help make the process smooth and hassle-free.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in inspecting every piece of jewelry before it leaves our facility. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@zircio.com, and we’ll replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
